How the four pieces fit

One service is rarely the whole job. Diagnosis first, then treatment, then movement, with cold therapy when a flare gets in the way.

1. AI-Powered Diagnosis — the map

We start with blood. A test of 60+ biomarkers covers inflammation, muscle age, metabolic health, and tissue-repair capacity. That is what we use to write your plan. An MRI can show structure. This shows the biology that is actually hurting.

2. Phytotherapy — the treatment layer

From your marker profile we pick plant-molecular compounds matched to the inflammation and repair gaps we found. This is not a generic herbal oil. It is the medicine you use for weeks while the biology shifts — without the gut and kidney cost of long-term NSAIDs.

3. Movement RX — so the joint stays quiet

When pain and swelling are down, we retrain the muscles that should have been supporting the joint. Not a photocopied physio sheet. Exercises picked from the same diagnosis, so you are not strengthening the wrong pattern.

4. Cryotherapy — for flares, not as the whole plan

Targeted cold takes swelling down and eases a bad day. We use it early, or after a Movement RX session. Under 5 minutes. It is a tool, not the protocol.

Typical Treatment Timeline

Day 1

AI Assessment & Diagnosis

Blood test of 60+ markers plus a physical exam. Written protocol, usually within 24 hours. This visit is diagnosis, not a sales close.

Week 1–4

Active Treatment Phase

Phytotherapy starts. Many people notice 30–50% less pain in the first 2 weeks. Cold therapy if a flare is still loud.

Week 4–12

Rebuild support

Movement RX starts. Phytotherapy continues. Stairs, walking, and sleep are what we watch — not a pain score in isolation.

Week 12+

Keep it from coming back

Maintenance plan, how you sit and lift, and follow-up markers so we catch a slide before it becomes the same old pain.

When Surgery May Be Necessary

OPTM Healthcare specializes in non-surgical alternatives. However, certain conditions may require surgical intervention. We provide honest assessment and appropriate referrals when needed.

Conditions that typically require surgical consultation:

  • Structural damage requiring surgical intervention
  • Progressive neurological deficits
  • Failed conservative treatment after adequate trial

Note: We provide second opinions and work collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons when appropriate. Patient safety is our primary concern.

Important Medical Disclosures Required

You must inform our medical team during consultation if you have any of the following:

  • Active pregnancy — requires medical clearance
  • Blood thinning medications — full disclosure required
  • Active cancer or recent radiotherapy
  • Severe uncontrolled systemic disease

Medication Interaction Notice: Natural phytotherapy compounds can interact with certain medications. Full medication disclosure (including supplements and over-the-counter drugs) is mandatory during initial assessment. Bring current medication list to your consultation.
